Solid plasterer • Jefferson County, Washington

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a solid plasterer in Jefferson County, Washington. You will work on a busy domestic building site. The role involves: • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets You should have: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
