Requirements: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Your main tasks: • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
