Join our team: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Madison County, Nebraska. Requirements: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety On the job you will handle: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose Part-time with flexible hours.
