What we are looking for: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Day-to-day duties: • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush Rotating shifts.
