Scullery hand — Lubbock County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Lubbock County, Texas. You will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
