Baker wanted in Phillips County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Phillips County, Colorado. You will be based at a cake shop. Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience.
