Powder coating operator — Forsyth County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Forsyth County, North Carolina. You will work at a powder coating unit. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well 2+ years on the tools preferred.
