Immediate opening: we are hiring a smash repairer in Irwin County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish The role involves mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
