Surface coating operator wanted in Ward County

Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Ward County, North Dakota. You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth 3+ years on the tools preferred. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
