Cook — Ethiope East

Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Ethiope East, Delta State. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 4+ years on the tools preferred.
