Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Nevada County, Arkansas. The job is at a halal meat counter. The role involves: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience.
