Now hiring: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in Wabash County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts Your main tasks: • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard 4+ years on the tools preferred.
