You should have: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently The role involves operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
