Moulder — Logan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a moulder in Logan County, Colorado. You will be based in the fettling and dressing shop. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant You should have: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts Six days a week, one day off.
