Vertical milling machine operator — Rock County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Rock County, Minnesota. On a typical shift you will carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters. You should have: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
