Scullery hand — Monroe County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Monroe County, Iowa. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
