Oven operator wanted in Kingman County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Kingman County, Kansas. The role involves: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
