Join our team: we are hiring a head butcher in Granville County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
