Cook — Wood County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Wood County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
