Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Lincoln County, Georgia. You will work at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch 2+ years on the tools preferred.
