Plasterer wanted in Lincoln County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a plasterer in Lincoln County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish Day-to-day duties: • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
