Surface coating operator — Franklin County

Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Franklin County, Maine. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
