Now hiring: we are hiring a head butcher in Dandi, Kebbi State. The job is in a supermarket meat department. Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Full-time with occasional weekends.
