Assembly line worker — Barron County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an assembly line worker in Barron County, Wisconsin. The job is in an electronics assembly unit. Day-to-day duties: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
