Fry cook • Sagbama, Bayelsa State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Sagbama, Bayelsa State. On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
