Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a banquet hall. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles.
