Urgent requirement: steward (Illinois)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Brown County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Full-time, day shift.
