You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards The role involves: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
