Join our team: we are hiring a smash repairer in Cook County, Minnesota. The job is at a paint and panel shop. Your main tasks: • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull You should have: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
