Ideal candidate: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Confident with standard crane hand signals On the job you will handle: • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area Six days a week, one day off.
