Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Davidson County, Tennessee. You will be based at a glazing and fabrication factory. You will drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails. Requirements: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Rotating shifts.
