Urgent requirement: in-process quality controller (Nebraska)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Dixon County, Nebraska. You will work at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. The role involves: • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data What we are looking for: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
