You should have: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • A good head for heights and steady balance • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds The role involves fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
