Urgent requirement: dozer operator (Scotland)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dozer operator in Shetland Islands, Scotland. Day to day you will push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; refuel the machine and record running hours; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections £13 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
