Membrane applicator — Obi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Obi, Nasarawa State. You will work in lofts and crawl spaces. On the job you will handle: • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Working-at-height certificate an advantage 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦1,050 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
