Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Harris County, Georgia. The job is in a die and mould making unit. Day to day you will run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. What we are looking for: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
