Cook wanted in Maries County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Maries County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
