We are recruiting: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Moore County, North Carolina. You will be based on an industrial coating line. You will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Meals and transport allowance provided.
