Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Ibi, Taraba State. The role involves select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control. Requirements: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
