Powder coating operator — Chester County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time, day shift.
