Dozer operator — Newton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dozer operator in Newton County, Missouri. You will work at a land-clearing site. The role involves: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
