Join our team: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Hernando County, Florida. You will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Part-time with flexible hours.
