Glazing installer — Cassia County

Now hiring: we are hiring a glazing installer in Cassia County, Idaho. You will be based at a busy glazing workshop. Day to day you will secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers. You should have: • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $32 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
