Scullery hand — Grayson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Grayson County, Kentucky. The job is at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 3+ years on the tools preferred.
