Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Winston County, Mississippi. Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Part-time with flexible hours. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
