Site dozer operator — Allegany County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site dozer operator in Allegany County, Maryland. You will be based on a road construction project. On the job you will handle: • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin What we are looking for: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) 2+ years on the tools preferred.
