Production line inspector — Greene County

Now hiring: we are hiring a production line inspector in Greene County, Missouri. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade 5+ years on the tools preferred.
