CO2 welder — Winona County

Join our team: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Winona County, Minnesota. Day to day you will control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
