Immediate opening: powder coating operator (Ogun State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State. You will be based at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day to day you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
