Now hiring: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Maries County, Missouri. You will work at a garment factory. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory The role involves fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments.
